Known as a FireStarter, Meshell Zwicker is on a mission to stop the torment of playing small, by mobilizing our boldest nature, toward tangible, prosperous and inspired action; for their own ecstasy and so their bold example awakens others to do the same.
As the FireStarter Coach, Meshell is privileged to share uninterrupted coaching partnerships with her clients, many in Real Estate and Lending, and many for 6 plus years… relentlessly raising the bar on professional results and personal life satisfaction. Most of her longest-term clients are creating exit strategies from their own profitable businesses and are now exploring a life, where work is optional and adventure, freedom, self expression and relationships rule their landscape.
As a public figure, and evangelist on the topic of Inspired Momentum, Meshell has collaborated with famous thought leaders such as Loral Langemeier, known as “The Millionaire Maker”, Sharon Lechter, of “Rich Dad Poor Dad” organization, Rhonda Britton, of the famous Reality Television show “Starting Over” and Kevin Harrington of TV’s “Shark Tank”.
As a business executive, leader and trainer for over twenty years she developed materials and teams for many companies including Caterpillar Inc., and World Book Encyclopedia. As a Live Event Producer and Master of Ceremonies, as well as being the right-hand, to the internationally revered Real Estate Guru, Joe Stumpf, Meshell conducted large conferences around the country, delivering inspiration and direction to over 40,000 executives and business owners. As Director and CEO for her Production Company, Sum Fun Productions, she brought her unique understanding to topics such as communication and listening skills and personal success coaching. As a consultant to the medical profession, she created training to deal with Death and Dying. She’s also an Emmy Award winning producer for the KPBS television show “Full Focus”.
Meshell’s ultimate vision is her FireStarter Movement, setting the world ablaze with lit up, fired up, living-out-loud individuals, in their full expression and celebrating their prosperous creations. Their bold and inspiring example awakens others to do the same.
Meshell has lived in perpetual bliss and San Diego, CA in her sanctuary home overlooking a vast canyon since 1993. The current love of her life is her terrier dog, Lulu. She is deeply connected to her extended family, lifelong friends and a vibrant conscious community of seekers, rogue spirits and dancers.

My Story
Most days I could die, a happy and fulfilled woman… although I expect to live well into my vibrant 90’s. I work from my beautiful home, overlooking a nature preserve, where I’ve broken-down, broken-through, blossomed, lived and loved since 1993. I work 3 days a week. I dance, I sing, and go on exotic and spontaneous trips. I nurture long-term friendships and am nourished by my family. Money comes and grows easily. Time feels spacious. I’m on my personal mission and purpose!
Thank God for the family and circumstances I was born into, so this hungry appetite for playful and meaningful self-expression could form in the seeming absence of space for my very nature. I was the middle child of two very sick sisters and an overwhelmed, sensitive-eared Mother. I was born particularly bombastic, big-voiced and playful. I kept my raucous and lively nature smaller and quieter because I felt inappropriate, while my sisters struggled to breath, and my timid mother struggled to keep her head above the waterline!
This is where my habit of repressing my nature, my knowing and my voice began. Like the pearl… formed by the oyster protecting itself from invading irritants… my childhood environment became the beautiful source of my drive to activate my bold nature and purpose, (as well as YOURS). I’ve spent my entire adult life wiggling, cajoling and reassuring my voice, my nature, my boldness and my instincts FREE. I see no end to that process and welcome its ever-increasing emergence. This has been my healing way, and is my medicine to offer.
I’ve developed a deep well of wisdom and tools to help others in their emergence. I courageously launched my FireStarter Coaching practice at the late age of 50 years old. Up to this point I was gainfully employed with a six-figure salary. My 18 year marriage had just ended and I was solely responsible for my mortgage and financial life. It was a terrifying leap to take. I’ve not once regretted it.
Each year since has provided more and more reassurance of this bold path. The exhilaration I’ve experienced for myself, and my clients inspired me to launch the Firestarter Movement, which evokes an even more compelling calling; to stop the torment of playing small, by mobilizing our boldest nature, toward tangible, prosperous and inspired action, for our own ecstasy and so our bold example awakens others to do the same.
Now 8 years later, I have a steady practice of long-term and well-loved clients. Often, all of my coaching time slots are full. Most of my clients are entrepreneurs. Together we continually increase their incomes, their teams and their personal satisfaction, while developing from the inside out. Many of my clients have succeeded to the point of financial freedom with work being optional.
When you work with me, you’ll know that I’ve walked in your shoes. I understand what it takes to trust that small voice inside that longs to live out loud and be expressed in the most alive version of who you are and what you want to create. I see you and your trajectory, even when you can’t. Our sessions are vibrant, playful and always relevant about what matters most. An average coaching day brings moments of utter awe, wild inspiration, celebration, recognition, manifestation and momentum…always momentum.
