After so many decades of facilitating other people’s growth… and witnessing my own… I know it’s harder to do it alone. I’ve slowed myself down thinking I should.

Who I am
I am a firestarter! I have a passion-fire in my belly and it’s big enough and hot enough to spark yours. I am empathetic and because I see and understand you and your special gifts, I guide you to step into the beautiful truth of who you really are and what you’re capable of creating.
I am a cheerleader and my infectious enthusiasm has the power to raise the vibration of those around me, which provides the added “umphf” you need to step into your bolder Self. I am silly, playful and rambunctious, encouraging you to laugh as you enlighten.
I am a translator, interpreting the seeming complexities of life with clarity and wholeness. I am your advocate. I carry the light for seekers and those ready to live into their truest potential. I am irreverent about manners and pomp and circumstance and deeply respectful of the truly sacred things like love, integrity and inner wisdom.
I am pragmatic and practical with an innate sense of business and can see the step-by-step path you need to take to get where you want to go. I am masterful with time and can foster your relationship with order, productivity, efficiency and flow. I am a powerful voice of purpose and meaning that can be heard through the din and distractions, keeping you on priority and point.

I am privileged to share uninterrupted coaching partnerships with clients, many for 6 plus years… relentlessly raising the bar on professional results and personal life satisfaction. My clients are building thriving, high-functioning teams and businesses, writing books, launching seminars series, establishing themselves as speakers, healing crucial relationships, letting go of limiting patterns so they can live joyfully and exuberantly, mastering time and efficiency, living peacefully and productively. Many of my longest-term clients are creating exit strategies from their own profitable businesses and are now exploring a life, where work is optional and adventure, freedom, self expression and relationships rule their landscape.
My ultimate vision is the FireStarter Movement, setting the world ablaze with lit up, fired up, living-out-loud individuals, in their fullest expression and celebrating their prosperous creations!
